Superaudio frequency induction heating machine for flat steel

One of our customer wanna do forging for automobile parts, so he has to heat the flat steel into 820~850 ℃. The flat steel heated portion width is from 50~60mm, and the heated portion thickness is from 7mm~15mm. And the cycle after heating time is from 14s ~18s. Considering his request, we recommended 120KW superaudio induction heating power supply for him. Our induction heating equipment can widely used for induction forging for flat steel, round bar, billet, steel pipe etc.
