Here we Chaochang company would like to introduce some fuctions of the induction welding machine. 

1. Internal filter part of Rectifier cabinet :  Filter is composed by a resonant capacitor and inductor. Its main function is to make direct voltage smooth and ensure the output power stable.

   Air conditioner：Use for interior equipment air-cooling and drying.

   Meter：Shows average value of half bridge DC current,

   Water out：Both water inlet and outlet are special for apparatus, inlet signs blue marking, and outlet signs orange marking,

   Output board：is a part of convert output，welding sensors for energy transmission,

   
   

3. Interior structure of inverter output cabinet

Capacitance：Tank resonant capacitor,

Matching transformer: multiple each of output Bridge current to tank circuit, and adjust voltage and current matching ratio,

Bridge board：to compose converter bridge，which installs MOSFET, fast recovery diodes, and other board-driven annexes. Two levels boards make a convert bridge which is core of inverter in equipment to convert DC current to AC current.
